of flash

The case:
Looking for information regarding the real estate market in
Geneva, I found a portal site. Unfortunatelly, I quickly saw
a redirect page, a loading page, and then ... a blank page !
That was it. Nothing more, nothing to click, no html alternative
version... Quite bad, isn't it ?
Errors / Recommendations:
a) Create an html version for users without the Flash plug-in
(some will argue it is now common and bundled with most browsers,
but well, when it doesn't work, your only choice is to leave
the site...)
b) Re-test the version so that it works independent of users
configuration
